Product Info
- At 'Yama no Naka no Sanpuru-ya', you can experience making food samples using the vinyl resin technique currently used by sample artisans across the country. In this plan, you will make takoyaki. The duration is approximately 1 hour.
- Looks just like the real thing!? Takoyaki
- You will make delicious-looking takoyaki that looks like it is steaming hot. First, you will color the takoyaki mold and add sauce and dried green seaweed (aonori). The process is so much fun, just like real cooking. Afterward, to harden the resin, it is baked in an oven for about 10 minutes, and your takoyaki, which looks like it came straight from a restaurant, is complete!

- Upon request, we also offer a guided tour where we carefully explain from scratch how food samples are made (the tour is free). Enjoy watching and learning about the various processes involved in creating different food samples. *If you would like a guided tour, please contact us in advance.
