• Question 1: I apologize for asking so many favors, but our workshop is run by a small team. We are accepting applications with consideration and understanding of the circumstances of a small shop in a remote, rural area. Please read the following statement and agree to it. Please answer yes/no. This is a one-person experience per applicant. This plan does not allow multiple people, both children and adults, to take turns experiencing the experience. ★Firing fees are paid on-site (approximately: 550 yen for sake cups - 1650 yen for rice bowls). If you are coming by car, please use nearby coin parking. Late groups can wait for the next session if there is space available. If there are no spaces available, the session will be rescheduled to an available time slot on the same day or the following day. For inquiries and contact information, please use the message function to speak to our webmaster. We do not have a phone line. Calls will connect you to our sister workshop, Hokekyoan. Please trim any nails that extend beyond the fingers when viewed from the underside of your hand. Pets are not allowed inside the store.・If you are accompanied by someone who is not participating in the experience, an in-store fee of 110 yen to 550 yen will be paid on site.

Regarding cancellation of the event:

• In the event of a disaster or severe weather such as a major typhoon that is expected to result in road closures or train service suspensions, our workshop will, at its discretion, cancel the event due to the organizer's circumstances and issue a full refund via the reservation and payment system. We will notify you of this. Even if the event is not canceled at our discretion and you cancel, if we can later confirm that train service was suspended or major routes were blocked and transportation was not possible, we will issue a full refund due to the organizer's circumstances. In all other cases, the cancellation will be treated as a cancellation due to your own circumstances.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

• ・As multiple participants participate simultaneously in one session, the start of the session cannot be delayed. Groups that are late enough to miss the production explanation can wait and experience the next session if there is space available. If there are no spaces available, the session will be rescheduled to an available time slot on the same day or the following day. ・If the store is full, accompanying persons who are not participating in the experience will not be able to use the store. Please spend your time on the benches outside or strolling around the shopping district. If there are seats available and you would like to use the store, an additional fee (110 to 550 yen) will be charged. ・The store is generally run by one staff member. Please refrain from speaking to us during other sessions or preparations, as this will interfere with the smooth running of the experience. ・The finished product will be delivered approximately 150 days after the experience, after various post-processing steps. (We are particular about the firing process, so if the product is not satisfactory, it may be re-fired two or three times, exceeding the 150-day period.)

• ★Due to the small number of people and one-person operation, we may not be able to answer phone calls during the experience★ For all inquiries before, after, and after the experience, please use the Activity Japan message. Depending on the timing, we may reply the next day or later (or after the holiday if it falls on a store holiday).
