Important notes regarding course participation:
- - Firing costs are included for two pieces that can fit on an A4 size sheet. - If you are late for your start time, your 100-minute experience time may be shortened due to other customers scheduled before and after you. Please be aware of this in advance. - As we use natural materials, the finished product may occasionally break. The probability is about 1 in 300. - It takes about 1.5 to 2 months to complete. We accept packing and shipping of the finished product nationwide for a flat rate of 1,100 yen (tax included). *We store the completed product for six months, so you can pick it up at a later date.

- Reservations are accepted until 10:00 AM on the day of your appointment. On the day of your appointment, we may not be able to check the reservation status on our computer due to preparations for receiving customers. Please be sure to confirm your reservation by phone. If you make a reservation the day before, we will make a final confirmation of your reservation for the following day at 12:00 AM. Once confirmed, we will send you a message through the system regarding whether we can accept your reservation or not.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
