- Question 1: *Please provide the shoe sizes of all participants. *Please let us know the name of your accommodation the previous night and whether you are staying on Iriomote Island (Uehara/Western area) or Ishigaki Island. If you are coming from Ishigaki Island, we will provide you with ferry information.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- As this tour takes place in a natural setting, please understand that the tour course may have to be changed or canceled depending on the weather.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - Limited number of participants per day tour: Normally, there are 7 people per guide, and during the busy summer season, we have to turn away many other customers. - Please be in good health on the day of the tour. Avoid drinking too much or staying up late the night before. You will be spending a day in nature, far removed from your daily life, so your health is paramount to enjoying yourself to the fullest. If you feel unwell in any way, please tell your guide immediately.

- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
