Please note the following when participating in this course:

If you have alcohol in your system on the day of your dive, we may not be able to guide you on the dive. Please be careful not to drink alcohol the day before. You may not be able to dive due to past medical history. Please be sure to read the PADI medical history certificate. If there are any applicable items, we ask that you submit a medical certificate in accordance with the "PADI prescribed medical certificate." Minors will need a parental consent form.

Other important points to note:

When making a reservation, please be sure to provide the following information: 1. Hotel accommodation the night before 2. Age, height, weight, shoe size, and eyesight of each participant (necessary for preparing equipment) 3. Whether or not you would like a transfer *If you wish, we can provide a free transfer from Naha city to Chatan town. (Please inquire about other options.) Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for a transfer depending on the reservation situation. There is a limit to the number of people allowed in the transfer vehicle (5 people).
