Questions at the time of booking:

• Question 1: Please provide the shoe sizes of all participants in 1cm increments. *Please note that we do not have 0.5cm increments available. (Example: If you are 25.5cm, we will provide 26cm)
• Question 2: ・If you would like a pick-up/drop-off at your accommodation (limited to the southern part of Ishigaki Island) → Please enter the name of your accommodation. ・If you would like a pick-up/drop-off in front of the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal → Please enter 'Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal'. Pick-up/Meeting location:
• Question 3: If you are bringing children, please provide their ages.

Regarding tour cancellation:

• The tour will proceed in the rain as long as it is safe. However, if safety at the site cannot be ensured due to strong winds or high waves, we will guide you to an alternative snorkeling spot! If the tour itself is cancelled due to bad weather, we will contact you.

Notes on participating in the course:

• ・Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you the day before the tour with the meeting location and time. ・The tour will proceed in the rain. However, if we determine that field safety cannot be ensured, we may change the field or cancel the tour. ・Please arrive already dressed in clothes that can get wet. ・Please use the restroom before participating. (There are no restrooms near the site) ・Participants must be between 5 and 59 years old. ・If you are going to be late, please contact us in advance. ・Hot water showers are available around the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. Please inform your guide if you wish to use them. ・The tour can be conducted in Japanese or English.
