Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Please provide the shoe size of all participants in 1cm increments. *Please note that we do not have sizes available in 0.5cm increments. (Example: Someone who wears a 25.5cm shoe will be provided with a 26cm shoe.)
• Question 2: • If you require pick-up/drop-off to your accommodation (limited to southern Ishigaki Island) → Please enter the name of your accommodation. • If you require pick-up/drop-off to the Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal → Please enter "Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal". • If you prefer to meet at the location → Please enter "Meet at the location". Pick-up/Drop-off/Meeting Location:
• Question 3: If you have children, please indicate their ages.
• Question 4: We can also guide customers aged 60-65 if they only wish to land on the "phantom island" and tour Taketomi Island.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The tour will be held even in rainy weather as long as safety can be ensured. However, if we determine that safety cannot be ensured due to strong winds or high waves, we will guide you to a different, safer snorkeling spot! If there are any changes to the spot or if the tour is canceled, we will contact you in the notice sent the day before the tour.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ・Meeting and disbanding times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you the day before the tour with information on the meeting place and time. ・The tour will proceed even in the rain. However, if it is determined that the safety of the field cannot be ensured, the tour may be canceled. ・Please arrive already changed into clothes that can get wet. ・Participants must be between 3 and 59 years old. *Customers aged 60-65 can also be guided if they only wish to land on the Phantom Island and tour Taketomi Island. ・Please be sure to contact us in advance if you will be late. ・Hot showers are available around the Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal. Please ask your guide if you wish to use them. ・For customers who book after 17:00 the day before, pick-up and drop-off at your accommodation is not possible. (Meeting point is in front of the Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal.) ・Round-trip ferry tickets to Taketomi Island will be given to you at the time of the Phantom Island tour. If you participate in an afternoon tour, you can use the tickets at any time on the following day or later. ・The tour can be conducted in Japanese or English.
