- *For children 9 years old and under: As a heat gun is used, there is a risk of burns. Therefore, children must be accompanied by a parent when creating the model. *The resin liquid used in the experience contains epoxy resin, so direct contact may cause rough hands (itching or rashes). Please wear the gloves provided and be careful not to touch it directly.
Other important points to note:
- *After the experience, you will not be able to take your work home immediately as it takes a day for the resin to harden. The finished product can be picked up after 10am the following day or sent by mail (an additional 300 yen).

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
