Regarding cancellation of the tour:
- - The tour will be canceled if we determine there is danger due to typhoons, heavy rain, thunderstorms, etc. - Please note that we may cancel the tour if we determine that the safety of the field cannot be ensured on the day due to poor conditions, even if it is sunny. - In case of tour cancellation, we will contact you.
Notes on participating in the course:
- *Tour points may change depending on sea conditions. - If you are late, you may not be able to participate in the tour. - In case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled at the guide's discretion. Also, drone photography is not possible on rainy days. - Drone and GoPro photography are services, so there will be no refund in case of trouble. - We may use DJI instead of GoPro. - Same-day bookings must be made at least 3 hours before the tour. When the north wind blows, tours at the Blue Cave become difficult, so we will guide you to a beautiful beach where there are many sea turtles and fish! The second beach (Osaki Beach) appears in Google Maps searches. *If you cancel because you cannot go to the Blue Cave or cannot fly the drone, no fee will be charged until 2 hours before the tour starts, so please check the weather yourself and contact us via the site's message. There is no discount even if each service cannot be provided.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
