Regarding cancellation of the event:

• If the trip cannot be held due to poor weather or sea conditions, it will be cancelled. If the decision is made the day before to cancel, we will contact you directly by mobile phone. If the decision is made in the morning of the day, we will contact you around 8:00 AM. For those who have made a reservation for the first trip at 9:00 AM, we will contact you between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM.

• [Parasailing Precautions] *The menu may be canceled or changed depending on the sea and weather conditions on the day. *Those who consume alcohol (strictly prohibited), are in poor health, are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant, or have organ diseases will not be allowed to participate. *Staff will determine the number of people allowed on the boat (1-4) depending on the waves, wind, and guest weight on the day. *You may be asked to ride with staff or other guests. *The tour may be canceled or the contents may change depending on changes in weather, wind, and ocean conditions along the way. *If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to board. Please make sure to arrive with ample time. *If you cancel after 6:00 PM the day before your reservation for personal reasons (including cancellations without notice), a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
