Please note the following when participating in this course:

If you have any alcohol remaining in your system on the day of the trip, we will not be able to guide you on snorkeling. Please be careful not to drink alcohol the day before. You may not be able to participate due to past medical history. Please be sure to read the PADI medical history certificate. If there are any applicable items, we ask that you submit a medical certificate in accordance with the "PADI prescribed medical certificate." Minors will need a parental consent form.

Other important points:

*When making a reservation, please be sure to provide the following information: 1. Hotel where you will be staying the night before 2. Age, height, weight, shoe size, and eyesight of each participant (This information is necessary for preparing equipment such as wetsuits.) 3. Whether or not you will need transportation
