Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour may be canceled depending on the weather the day before or on the day.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ●You will be trekking in wilderness without walking trails. Please be fully aware of the dangers, such as encountering Habu snakes or slipping on rocky areas, before participating. ●You are responsible for any damage or loss of valuables you bring on the tour, such as cameras or mobile phones. ●Please inform the guide immediately if you experience any changes in your physical condition during the tour. ●In the interest of environmental conservation, we ask that you take your trash home with you.

What to wear and bring: Wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet. T-shirt, shorts, beach sandals. If you are concerned about insect bites, please wear leggings or a rash guard. Boots specifically for canyoning will be provided.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
