Regarding cancellation of the event:
- *If we determine that the service cannot be carried out safely due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at an alternative location. There will be no refunds for cancellations or suspensions at the customer's discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Please refrain from participating if you are 4 years of age or older or pregnant. ・If you have any chronic illnesses, such as respiratory, circulatory, coronary artery, or arrhythmia, please consult with your doctor. ・Do not participate if you have taken any sleeping medication or have consumed alcohol. ・The location and course may change due to bad weather, etc. ・If we determine that the service cannot be provided safely due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at an alternative location. About an hour's drive from Naha Airport.
5 minutes' drive from Zanpa Royal Hotel. Located on the mountain side along Route 6.

If you were unable to reserve a rental car with another company, or if you have booked a course, please contact us. (※The car we provide will be a Mercedes-Benz.)
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 4 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 35% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
