Itinerary Highlights:

● Nara Park

Located at the foot of Mount Wakakusa, Nara Park covers a vast area where lively and friendly deer can be seen everywhere. The park boasts a superior natural environment, with temples built amidst pristine forests and turtles and carp swimming freely in the ponds. Compared to the frequently renovated buildings in Kyoto, the temples and shrines in Nara are older and more unique.

● Todai-ji Temple

Also known as the Great Eastern Temple, Todai-ji Temple was built during the Nara period when Emperor Shomu, a devout follower of Buddhism, prayed for the happiness of all living beings and initiated the construction of the Great Buddha (Vairocana Buddha). Upon its completion, the grand Great Buddha Eye-Opening Ceremony was held in 752 AD. The construction of the Great Buddha served as the catalyst for the development of the entire vast temple complex. Since the temple is located to the east of the Heijo-kyo capital, it is called Todai-ji Temple.

● Fushimi Inari Shrine

Famous for its 'Senbon Torii' (thousands of torii gates), Fushimi Inari Shrine is the head shrine of all Inari shrines in Japan, dedicated to the Inari deity who blesses bountiful harvests and prosperous business. The path leading up to Mount Inari is lined with seemingly endless bright orange torii gates, creating a breathtaking sight that is one of Japan's most iconic landscapes.

● Kiyomizu-dera Temple

Kiyomizu-dera Temple is a must-visit for first-time travelers to Kyoto. This oldest temple in Kyoto was built on the mountainside in 778, with the mountain name 'Otowasan'. It has appeared in Japanese literary works such as 'The Tale of Genji' and 'The Pillow Book' since ancient times and is even listed as a World Cultural Heritage site. Whether it is spring cherry blossoms, summer waterfalls, autumn maples, or winter snow, it has its own unique beauty, which is why it is always crowded with visitors.

● Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka Slopes

Located in Kyoto, Ichinenzaka, Ninenzaka, and Sannenzaka have prospered since ancient times as pilgrimage routes to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The slopes are lined with traditional Japanese buildings that exude the charm of Kyoto, most of which are souvenir shops. With famous temples like Kodai-ji and the Yasaka Pagoda nearby, this area has become a popular tourist route centered around Kiyomizu-dera. It is a district where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the ancient capital, featuring views like the three-story pagoda across from traditional Japanese houses and temples scattered throughout the area.

● Yasaka Shrine

Walking from the Yasaka Pagoda along Shimogawara-dori to the end, you will reach 'Yasaka Shrine' in front of Shijo, Kyoto. This is the head shrine of over 3,000 Yasaka shrines across Japan. Located in Gion, it is also known as Gion Shrine. The 'Gion Matsuri', one of Japan's three major festivals, is a month-long summer festival hosted by Yasaka Shrine in Kyoto. It originated in the 11th year of the Jogan era (869 AD) when a plague broke out and the Japanese people prayed to the deities of the shrine for peace. The festival's highlights are the Yoiyama and the Yamaboko Junko (float procession), making it a celebration with over a thousand years of history.

● Hanamikoji Street

One of the must-visit places for tourists in Kyoto is Hanamikoji Street in Gion. Located in the bustling Gion district, visitors flock here for the 'Hanamachi' (flower town) where Maiko and Geiko perform. This is also one of the filming locations for 'Memoirs of a Geisha'. If you have enough time, it is recommended to find a restaurant and sit down, as many traditional Machiya buildings in Gion offer an antique dining environment that captures the true essence of Kyoto!

-

● Kamo River

The Kamo River is a very famous first-class river in Kyoto that runs through the city and nurtured Japanese civilization. It is a must-visit spot for many tourists traveling to Japan. Famous Kamo River attractions include the Demachiyanagi turtle-shaped stepping stones, the Starbucks Noryo-yuka experience, the cherry blossoms along the Hanami-no-michi path, the cherry blossoms in Kiyamachi, and the gourmet food in Pontocho along the Kamo River. With its clear, clean blue water reflecting the green trees planted along the banks, it has become a place in this busy city where you can slow down, take a break, and enjoy the cool breeze.

6. The destinations for the private charter car will be planned and informed by the passenger in advance. Any issues with the route will be coordinated and communicated to you in advance. Passengers are solely responsible for any delays or other problems caused by unclear self-arranged itineraries.

7. If you have a lot of luggage or it is large, we recommend that you book a suitable vehicle to accommodate all passengers and luggage, so as to avoid overcrowding and inconvenience. If the vehicle cannot be driven or other additional costs are incurred due to failure to meet the reasonable number of passengers and luggage capacity of the vehicle, the passengers shall bear the costs themselves.

8. The vehicle models listed are for reference only. If we cannot provide the vehicle models and color requirements listed above, we will arrange for a vehicle of the same class instead.

If the usage exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of 2,500 yen per 30 minutes and 5,000 yen per 60 minutes will be charged (after the trip, it will be calculated in 30-minute increments and should be paid to the driver at the end of the trip).

11. Due to road regulations, drivers must wait at parking lots at each stop on the itinerary. The parking fees incurred during this period will be paid by the passengers. The driver will advance the expenses during the trip and collect the parking fees from the passengers by presenting the receipt after the trip.
