Depending on the store's situation, there may be periods when reservations and purchases cannot be made.

In the event of a cancellation due to customer convenience, a set fee will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy stipulated for each plan, based on the sales price before the coupon is applied. Please note that if you wish to make a reservation again, the campaign period and conditions may have changed or ended.

If you cancel your reservation, the coupon will also be canceled.

Coupons are only applicable to the amount at the time of reservation/purchase. Discount coupons cannot be applied after a reservation has been made.

Please note that if you make a purchase without applying a coupon code, we will not be able to cancel your order or reapply the coupon after it has been placed.

Please note that coupons and Activity Japan Points (KKday Points) cannot be used together.

The coupon will end when the limit for the number of coupons available for this project is reached. Also, even if you have already acquired a coupon, you will not be able to use it once the limit has been reached.
