Purchase Notice
The fee includes transportation, meals, hands-on experience fees, guided tours, and insurance (2.5 million RMB travel liability insurance and 200,000 RMB accident insurance).
The tour departs from the West Gate 3 of Taipei Main Station. An additional NT$500 is required per person. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number for the tour to proceed, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent 3 days prior to departure.
Reminders
If you are going to do outdoor activities, please bring appropriate equipment, such as a folding umbrella, a light jacket, sun protection products, and a sun hat.
In support of environmental protection, you are welcome to bring your own reusable water bottle and shopping bag.
The environment is natural; if you are worried about mosquito bites, please be sure to bring mosquito repellent.
In case of inclement weather, the service provider reserves the right to adjust the content of the event.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 6 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
