With this desire in mind, we were established in 2024 as one of the few makgeolli breweries in Aichi Prefecture. Just as there are "local sakes" in Japan, makgeolli also has its own rich and varied characteristics depending on the region and brewer. Our makgeolli is carefully brewed using only selected rice, water, and koji from Aichi Prefecture. We use no unnecessary ingredients, making the most of the natural flavor of the ingredients. Our makgeolli is "raw makgeolli" with live yeast and lactic acid bacteria, and comes in a variety of flavors, from fruity to dry and refreshingly sour. We also have flavors that incorporate secondary ingredients such as fruit, making the wide variety even more appealing. Enjoy it chilled, on the rocks, or with soda. Enjoy it however you like.
