We take pride in our Shinshu soba, which is made in-house every day, and our fragrant, shop-prepared dashi broth. You can enjoy the appeal of free combinations by ordering them along with tempura or a variety of rice bowls. Enjoy the authentic flavor of the buckwheat noodles. We also offer Shinshu local cuisine, local sake, and buckwheat shochu with soba water, as well as a wide selection of seasonal limited-time menus. Please spend a pleasant time in our shop, where even solo diners can feel free to drop by.
This restaurant is proud of its homemade soba noodles, prepared daily in-house, and its golden-colored broth. The appeal of Shinshu soba is that you can grate fresh wasabi yourself to enjoy it. There is also a wide selection of crispy tempura and rice bowls, so you can enjoy your favorite combination.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for casual dining even when you're alone. In the evening, seasonal delicacies and homemade specialties are served, and you can enjoy them slowly with local Shinshu sake or soba shochu (buckwheat shochu) in hot water. We offer duck soba noodles made with carefully selected duck meat, slowly simmered to create a soft texture and rich flavor. Our duck soba noodles served in a bamboo steamer and duck nanban soba noodles are also popular. Please enjoy a luxurious time in our comfortable Japanese atmosphere.
