In addition to our viral social media hit, the 'Thick-Sliced Scallion-Stuffed Beef Tongue', we now primarily serve Sendai beef. Since opening in 2017, thanks to your support, we have grown to 4 locations within Osaka City. We operate a central kitchen to ensure consistent quality across all our stores, and our entire staff is dedicated to maximizing customer satisfaction. Our staff personally travels to Kyushu and other production areas to carefully select the finest A5-ranked Japanese Black beef. Our recommended dish, "Extremely Grilled Yukhoe Rice Bowl in Soup," is grilled right in front of you and is perfect for posting on social media. After enjoying it as is, you can also add the soup and condiments to create a delicious ochazuke (rice with tea). Our homemade oxtail soup is simmered for three days to fully condense the beef's delicious flavor. Be sure to try it when you visit.
"Hiuchi Shabu-yaki with Green Onions" uses lean Japanese Black beef. Lightly grill one side for 30-40 seconds, then wrap it in green onions and dip it in our homemade sauce. The soy sauce-based sauce matches the flavor of green onions, making it a popular dish with female customers. "Tongue Yukhoe" is also popular. Topped with a "Ran-o" egg, it has a mellow texture and a rich flavor that spreads throughout your mouth. Enjoy it with a variety of sauces to suit the cut of meat.
