7:30–8:00 AM: Hotel pickup in Chiang Mai
8:30 AM: Local market visit with guide
9:30 AM: Arrive at Casa de Mango – welcome tea & garden tour
10:00 AM–1:00 PM: Cooking class (4 dishes + dessert), then lunch
1:30 PM: Drive to Living Green Elephant Sanctuary
2:00 PM: Introduction to sanctuary & elephant welfare
2:45–4:00 PM: Meet, feed & walk with elephants
4:00–4:30 PM: Optional river bathing (if elephants are willing)
4:30–5:30 PM: Elephant health check & farewell meal
5:30–7:00 PM: Return to Chiang Mai
