Rental restrictions: Renters must be 20 years or older, have held a driver's license for at least one year, and use a credit card. Foreigners must hold a passport and international driver's license.
The lessee must bring: his/her ID card, driver's license and credit card (foreigners must hold a passport, international driver's license) and a driver's license approved by the supervision unit, and pay by credit card.
Accidents: If your vehicle is involved in an accident, theft, or other incident, please notify the police immediately at 110. Do not attempt to reach an agreement with the other party and call (07) 345-4543 for follow-up. The towing company will tow the vehicle to the nearest repair shop for repairs. The precautions and contract details are matters of cooperation between the two parties and must be observed by both parties.
Vehicle Malfunction: If the vehicle has any defects or malfunctions, please notify us immediately. If you have driven more than 40 km or one hour, you will still be charged the daily rental fee. If a tire is damaged, blown, or flat, please stop driving immediately and inflate or replace it locally or contact roadside assistance. Failure to do so will result in irreparable damage to the tire or other components, and you will be responsible for compensation.
Traffic Violations: Any fines or parking fees incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the lessee. Road Use Violations: Driving at speeds exceeding the posted speed limit by more than 60 km/h, racing, or swerving on the road may result in a fine of NT$30,000 to NT$90,000 and a three-month license suspension. The lessee will be responsible for the fines and any operating losses resulting from the suspension.
Personal Actions: If the lessee causes damage to the vehicle due to drunk driving, lawful arrest for a criminal act, use of illegal drugs, intentional behavior, referral of an unlicensed driver, or breach of contract, the lessee shall be fully responsible for compensation, not subject to the maximum vehicle damage deductible.
The vehicle shall not be overloaded and shall not carry the following items: prohibited items, dangerous items, unclean items or items that are easy to stain the vehicle, and animals that are not suitable for the vehicle (animals that can be carried on the vehicle must be placed in pet boxes).
The lessee is responsible for providing the fuel used in this vehicle (when returning the vehicle, the amount of fuel provided when the vehicle was dispatched must be used as the basis for calculation. If the amount is less than the amount provided, the lessee is responsible for replenishing the amount. Excess fuel will not be refunded).
