<Notes regarding tickets>

• One ticket allows entry for one person. Please prepare the same number of tickets as the number of people wishing to enter.

・Entry will not be permitted for those without a ticket. Please inform a staff member on the day of your visit if you require an accompanying adult, such as a preschooler, guardian, or person with a disability.

Preschool children can enter without a ticket if accompanied by a guardian. Children of elementary school age and older require a numbered ticket for each person to enter.

During busy periods, seating time is limited to approximately 45 minutes from the time of order, and our staff may contact you to let you know when you're ready.

• Your ticket will indicate the designated meeting time (the time you can join the queue to enter the store). Please note that you will not be allowed to join the queue before or after this time. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

・The ticket serves as a queue ticket for entering the store. It does not guarantee entry at the time indicated on the ticket or the purchase of original goods. Also, please note that items may sell out depending on the situation on the day.

• The sale of original merchandise is limited to customers with tickets only. Purchases of merchandise alone are not permitted.

We prohibit the purchase of original merchandise for the purpose of resale. If it is determined that a ticket was purchased for the purpose of resale, the ticket will be invalidated and entry will be denied.

・Once your ticket application is complete, you cannot change the application date or time. Also, please understand that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the date and time due to customer convenience while the store is open.

The transfer, exchange, resale for profit, and listing of this ticket on online auctions, etc., are strictly prohibited. Furthermore, our store will not be held responsible for any problems arising from these actions.

・This ticket cannot be reissued for any reason, including loss or theft of the QR ticket or smartphone.

・If you forget your QR ticket, you will be denied entry.

<Instructions on how to enter the store after completing your ticket application>

QR tickets can be displayed on smartphones or other devices, and can also be printed out.

・Entry is not permitted with any method other than a QR ticket. Please prepare your ticket in advance.

When you line up to enter the store, we will check your ticket details and verify your identity, so please be sure to bring your QR ticket and identification.

If the name and date of birth on your ticket do not match those on your identification, you will be denied entry. Please be sure to apply using the name exactly as it appears on your identification.

Documents that can verify your name and date of birth (passport, driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, etc.)

*Copies are not accepted; only the original document is valid.

*Expired identification documents are not accepted.

*Commuter passes, transportation IC cards, cash cards, and credit cards are not accepted.

Tickets are non-transferable. Customers who have purchased multiple tickets must gather with their companions and present the corresponding number of tickets.

We will verify the identity of the representative who made the application. Joining the queue after the designated meeting time will not be permitted.

Customers with tickets should gather at the Chiikawa Ramen Buta storefront on the 8th floor of Ikebukuro PARCO Main Building within the meeting time indicated on the ticket.

If you do not arrive at the designated meeting place within the time specified on your ticket, your ticket will be invalidated. Please be aware of this in advance.

・Customers will be admitted in the order they lined up in the waiting queue at the store within the time indicated on their ticket.

• The ticket serves as a numbered ticket for joining the queue to enter the store. Entry is not guaranteed at the stated meeting time. During busy periods, you may have to wait before entering. Please understand this before applying.

・Payment is required in advance. We will take your order from the menu before seating you. If you wish to purchase original merchandise, please order using the QR code provided while you are waiting in line and pay for it together with your menu order. Please note that we cannot accept additional orders after you have entered the restaurant.

• When paying, your ticket will be authenticated at the register (by scanning the QR code). Please have the correct number of tickets ready and present them to the cashier.

• Our restaurant operates on a one-order system. Please order one bowl of ramen of any size per ticket.

To ensure safe store operations, we will be implementing the following restrictions on the number of items that can be ordered from the menu.

• The sale of original merchandise is limited to customers with tickets only. Furthermore, it is not possible to purchase merchandise without attending the event.

- Original merchandise is limited to a maximum of two items per person per type.

After you have paid, we will guide you to your seat as soon as preparations are complete.

• We will ask you to order ramen after you are seated. Please wait for our staff's announcement.

・Once your ticket application is confirmed, you cannot change the date and time you applied for. Furthermore, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the date and time due to customer circumstances, so please understand this before applying.

Re-entry is not permitted.

We kindly ask for your cooperation with the in-store signage and guidance provided by our staff.

Please note that our menu items, special offers, and products are available in limited quantities. We apologize if any items are out of stock.

Please refrain from trading items inside the store or within the Parco building, as this may inconvenience other customers.

If we observe any behavior that may disturb other customers, we reserve the right to refuse entry.

- If disruptive behavior occurs within the building, such as loud noises or holding exchange events in hallways/common areas, the sale of original merchandise may be suspended.

We cannot accept any responsibility for disputes or conflicts between customers. We ask that you please observe proper etiquette.

Smoking is prohibited in all seats inside the store.

・To prevent accidents and confusion on the day of the event, please follow the instructions of the staff at the venue.

・The content may be changed or canceled due to natural disasters, accidents, or other problems.

・Please note that there may be unavoidable changes to business hours or temporary closures.
