If the attraction you are visiting is closed (ticket required) due to force majeure such as weather, or if the official announcement states that it has stopped operating, a partial refund will be made and your stay at another attraction will be extended. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that weather conditions may affect the best viewing period for flowers or red leaves. The tour will not be canceled or refunded due to this.
During the flower and maple season, there will be a lot of people and traffic jams may occur. We recommend you bring your own light meals.
The flower viewing period or maple leaf viewing period may be slightly affected by weather conditions and may be slightly earlier or later. Once the tour is completed, the tour will proceed as usual regardless of the flowering/maple leaf color conditions. Please be advised.
After the trip has departed, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation expenses will be borne by the passenger.
Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or above.
The bus seats used during the experience may be shared with other passengers in the same group, depending on the tour leader and facility arrangements on the day.

The vehicle type will be assigned based on the number of registered participants on the day. For tours with fewer than 20 people, a small tour will be arranged without a separate tour leader. The driver will also be the tour leader, providing full tour guidance in Chinese. However, no language support will be provided for attraction introductions.
Children under 3 years old ride free. Each adult may only bring one child under 3 years old who does not occupy a seat. No attraction tickets will be provided, and children who occupy a seat will be charged the child fee. Please note.

During the autumn foliage season from November 1st to 23rd, we will not be visiting Oishi Park. Instead, we will be visiting the Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor.
Plan B only includes the Fuji Safari Park "Jungle Bus" ride (one ride only). A second ride or a change to the "Super Jungle Bus" will be at your own expense.
Plan B only: Reservations are not available for the Fuji Safari Park "Jungle Bus" and tickets must be purchased on-site. Please arrive in advance according to the tour leader's instructions. If you are unable to board due to overtime or other personal reasons, you will not be able to change the bus or refund the ticket.

If you wish to participate in the WALKING SAFARI at your own expense, please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes as you will be walking on grasslands and have many stairs. Please note that strollers are not allowed in the WALKING SAFARI area.
If you wish to participate in the WALKING SAFARI at your own expense, there are no restrooms in the WALKING SAFARI park. Please be sure to use the restroom in advance before participating.
If you wish to participate in the WALKING SAFARI at your own expense, the entire trip will take approximately 90 to 120 minutes. Please pay attention to the meeting time provided by the tour leader and assess whether you have enough time. The group will depart on time. If you miss the meeting time provided by the tour leader and are unable to board the group bus, you will need to proceed to the next experience attraction on your own. Please note.
KKday designated small gifts are only available to children under 12 years old. Each child can only choose one KKday designated small gift. The pictures are for reference only and may change from time to time according to the season. The actual gift will be subject to availability.
Light meals such as bread, biscuits, rice balls, and drinks are permitted on the tour bus. However, ice cream is prohibited. Please note that any damage to the tour bus will incur a cleaning fee specified by the tour bus company.
