- Any delays caused by traffic congestion will be included in the selected rental time
- When selecting tourist attractions, consider travel time, and aim for less than 5 destinations
- On the same day, sudden changes to the travel area (moving to a different location other than the pick-up area) will not be possible
- For trips between Bangkok and Pattaya, or vice versa, the service can be used for up to 10 hours including travel time
- For a trip from and back to Bangkok, the car service can be used for up to 12 hours, including travel time
Pick-up and Drop-off
- MPV reservations are suitable for 4 guests. If you have an airport pick-up or send-off with considerable luggage, please choose the van service
- Additional costs may apply for areas outside the main region (e.g., Nonthaburi, near Don Mueang Airport, Jomtien).
- For hotel meetings, please meet in the lobby on the first floor
- Hotels near Don Mueang Airport are considered the Don Mueang Airport selection

During peak seasons, there is an additional charge of THB200 per vehicle. This fee should be paid directly to the driver.

Airport Drop-off
Don Mueang Airport meetings and send-offs will incur additional costs (THB300/one-way/per vehicle)
Extra Rental Time
Exceeding the rental time (THB200/hour) will result in additional charges, payable directly to the driver
Ko Samae San
An additional cost of THB500 per car will be added for visits near the Ko Samae San area
Reminders
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
When making a reservation, please provide your preferred schedule in the Remarks column or through a KKday message before checking out
Please be punctual and wait at the hotel lobby for your pick-up. The driver will wait up to 20 minutes. If you miss the pick-up time, refunds will not be provided
Pick-up details will be confirmed via a KKday message after 6:00 pm (GMT+7), one day before the departure date. If you have not received the message, please contact the customer service center listed on the voucher
For airport meetings, please provide the airport name, meeting place, flight number and airline, and arrival time
Insurance does not apply to accidents that occur outside of the tour schedule

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
