Everything is provided including helmet, full-color coded map with key attractions, bag, and bike lock. On-site staff will also be happy to suggest an interesting and memorable route around the city’s trendy and historic, neighborhoods

Ride a bike on the scenic Golden Gate Bridge
Purchase Notice
- Child under age 1 is not permitted to ride on a bicycle
- Travellers age under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour
- Please be aware that travellers weighing over 300 lbs (approximately 136 kilograms) are not eligible to participate in this experience
- Child trailers and tag-alongs are available for children aged 1 and older, weighing under 40 lbs (approximately 18.1 kilograms). If required, remark your preference while reservation (applies exclusively to standard bikes, and an additional cost)
- Travellers will be required to provide passport and credit card as a deposit
- A penalty of US$10 per standard bike and US$15 per electric bike will be charged for each addition hour
- All Unlimited Biking stores will operate from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
- All tours and rentals will depart from FISHERMAN'S WHARF (757 Beach St, San Francisco)

Feel free to ask the on-site staff for extra accessories like bike bags, keys, locks, helmets, and maps
Travellers are recommended to wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle, and use sunscreen
Road side assistance available should you run into any issues with your bike during your rental
Refunds, or compensation will not be granted to travellers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the experience due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)

Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
