Children aged 0-2 years can be held in arms and do not occupy a seat; children aged 3 years and above travel as adults. If a child who does not occupy a seat is not informed of the travel arrangements, the company has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given.
Each person may bring one piece of luggage free of charge, with no size restrictions (please inform us in advance when registering; if you fail to inform us in advance and cause overcrowding in the carriage, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and the fee will not be refunded). Any excess luggage will be charged at 2000 yen per piece on-site.
In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day prior to departure (18:00 local time) regarding whether the tour will be cancelled, and notifications will be sent via email thereafter.

Unauthorized departure from the group is prohibited during the trip. If you leave the group midway, it will be considered as a voluntary abandonment of this trip and a termination of the transaction, in which case no refund will be given. Any personal injury or property loss resulting from this will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
According to Japanese labor regulations, drivers are limited to a maximum of 10 hours of work per day. To ensure driving safety, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the itinerary based on actual circumstances (such as shortening stops or canceling some attractions). Such adjustments cannot be used as grounds for refunds or complaints.

Please be aware that the meals are a fixed menu. If you have special dietary requirements (such as vegetarianism or food allergies), please note them when booking. We will try our best to assist in arrangements, but we cannot guarantee complete accommodation.

Please cut the oranges with scissors or pick them by gently rotating them. Do not pull on the fruit to avoid damaging the tree.
This tour only allows unlimited consumption of oranges within the orchard; taking oranges out of the orchard is strictly prohibited.
If any excessive picking, leaving behind a large number of uneaten oranges, or taking them away is discovered, the orchard has the right to charge an additional fee (the portion taken away will be charged at the on-site price, and the cost will be borne by the owner).
