  • You can change your pick-up location free of charge up to two days in advance; changes made after this deadline will not be accepted.
  • Service hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • If you book before 6:00 or after 22:00, an additional night service fee will apply.
  • The 10-hour service period starts from the time specified by the customer. If the customer is late, the driver will wait until the service time ends, and the late time will also be counted in the service time. No refund will be given if the customer does not show up.
  • The pick-up and drop-off points are within Tokyo city limits. If your pick-up or drop-off points are outside Tokyo city limits, the travel time will be reduced accordingly. Night service fee

If you book before 6:00 or after 22:00, an additional night service fee of 1000 yen per hour will be charged.

Children's booster seat

One booster seat is provided free of charge. If two or more are needed, additional booster seats will be charged at 2,000 yen each.

Overtime fee

If the rental period exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on the same day. Even if overtime is caused by traffic jams or other unforeseen circumstances, the fee will still be 5,000 yen per hour.

Excess mileage fee

The fixed mileage is 300 kilometers. Please consult customer service for charges for distances exceeding this limit.

Multi-day private charter car fee

If you require a multi-day private charter car and overnight stays outside of Tokyo, an additional driver accommodation fee of 6,000 yen per day will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on the day of the rental.

Reminders

  • Customer service hours are 8:30 AM to 1:00 AM Japan time.

  • In case of flight cancellations or delays, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.

  • If you are unable to travel due to uncontrollable circumstances, please provide relevant proof and consult customer service 24 hours before the booking time. We will consider canceling the trip without penalty, providing a partial refund, or trying our best to reschedule it for you. We will also inform you of any additional costs incurred due to the changes.

  • Please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If cleaning is required, we reserve the right to claim compensation from you.
