  • The staff on-site reserve the right to refuse service to travelers who fail to abide by the rules and restrictions

  • Please keep your hat, glasses, and cell phones in a locker prior to zip wire and alpine coaster activities or store them in a safe place. KKday does not hold responsibility for the lost items.

  • Please tie up your hair when taking the alpine coaster, backpack and selfie stick are not allowed on the ride

  • Please arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes prior to departure. Failing to show up on time will be marked as a no-show, refunds will not be granted in the case

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
