Boasting one of the highest Omi beef wholesale volumes in the country, the company purchases carcasses at auctions held at the Shiga Meat Center, procures whole sets of offal under association rights, and handles everything through to processing at its own meat factory. The meat, cut with the discerning eye and skilled techniques of artisans, is like a work of art. The secret sauce, passed down since the company's founding, brings out the full flavor of the Omi beef and pairs perfectly with Omi rice. When you visit, please come with an empty stomach and prepare to satisfy your appetite with a sensual culinary experience.
A survey has shown that the oleic acid content in the fat of Omi beef is 56.6% overall (55.4% for castrated beef and 57.1% for female beef). Yakiniku Sudaku purchases the entire Omi beef cow, allowing them to offer a wide selection of rare cuts that can't be eaten anywhere else. You can order the rare cuts by the piece, so please enjoy them.
Yakiniku Sudaku's specialty "meat cake" is a great way to support customers who want to treat their family and friends with a little surprise. When making a reservation, please call (or message) our staff to let them know the name or message you would like to add to the plate of this so-called "meat cake," which is made from meat and resembles a cake. *The photo is for illustration purposes only. The cake will be plated with the actual meat you order. *This is available for an additional 1,000 yen (excluding tax). *Advance reservations are required.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
