The juicy beef tongue, prepared by artisans using only a knife and seasoned and aged with hand-sprinkled salt, is exquisite. We recommend the soy sauce ramen topped with tender beef tongue chashu and the cold noodles. Furthermore, we also offer in-house brewed craft beer, and our all-you-can-drink course includes a special perk where you can try one glass of craft beer. With its relaxed atmosphere, our restaurant warmly welcomes families and solo diners alike.
Our pride and joy is our beef tongue, which is prepared by our skilled craftsmen and grilled over charcoal. Inheriting the traditions of the authentic Sendai area, you can enjoy juicy Rikyu beef tongue grilled over charcoal. The technique of preparing the beef tongue with just one knife and the seasoning and aging with hand-sprinkled salt have remained unchanged since our founding.
At our restaurant, you can enjoy our own craft beer brewed in-house. The beer brewed at our brewery in Iwanuma has won a gold medal at a craft beer competition, and the types served change every day, so you can enjoy different flavors.
