[Information regarding admission]

• Tickets cannot be shared. If you are visiting on multiple days or with multiple people, please make sure to purchase separate tickets.

• Admission to the exhibition is required to purchase merchandise.
  
• Once you leave, you will not be able to re-enter either the "exhibition hall" or the "merchandise sales hall." Also, those without tickets will not be able to enter only the "merchandise sales hall."
  

[Requests and instructions for visitors]

• Admission may be restricted without notice when the venue is crowded.
  
• Please refrain from visiting if you have cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or if you are not feeling well. (Those with cold symptoms such as severe coughing may be asked to leave.)
  
• Please follow the instructions and cautions of the staff and attendants on the day. If you do not follow the instructions, you may be denied entry or asked to leave. In addition, the organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur within the venue due to failure to follow the instructions and cautions of the staff.
  
• Please proceed to the "Exhibition Hall" first, then the "Merchandise Hall." You will need an exhibition admission ticket to use the merchandise hall.
  
• We do not guarantee that you will be able to purchase all merchandise upon admission. Items may be sold out.
  
• There may be media coverage and photo and video shooting by the organizers at the venue. Please note that the photos and images taken may be used for future event promotional materials.
  
• Attending the event in cosplay is prohibited. Changing clothes in the toilets of nearby facilities is also prohibited.
  
• Please notify a member of staff as soon as possible in the following cases:

*If you get lost or find a lost child (please note that we cannot call for you inside the venue)

• Please do not run inside or outside the venue as it is dangerous.
  
• Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as sitting down in shared spaces such as aisles.
  
• Bringing food and drinks into the venue is prohibited. (Plastic bottles, water bottles, and other items with lids that can be closed are allowed.)
  
• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.
  
• Pets are not permitted to enter the premises (except guide dogs and assistance dogs).
  
• Please refrain from bringing in imitation swords or other items.
  
• Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any troubles that may occur with items that you bring with you, such as ready-made goods or special costumes.
