Please confirm that your passport must be valid for more than six months from the date of departure.
Please arrive at the designated location in Japan on time to meet up. If you are late, the time will still be calculated from the meeting time. For the shared ride plan, the on-site waiting time is up to 20 minutes. Those who still cannot arrive at the designated location will be considered a No Show.

Vehicle space and group size requirements vary depending on the vehicle model; please refer to the relevant regulations.
The vehicle used for carpooling will be determined based on the number of passengers, and may be a van, minibus, or bus; the vehicle type cannot be specified.
This carpooling plan requires a minimum of 7 participants. If the minimum number is not reached by the scheduled date, you will be notified no later than seven days before the trip. If the tour cannot proceed due to insufficient participants, the full amount paid will be refunded without any additional charges. Refund processing times vary by bank; please contact your credit card company for refund updates.
* Each passenger may bring one 16-inch soft backpack and one 22-inch carry-on bag. If you exceed these limits, please notify us in the comments section in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 29 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 10 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 6 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
