The Ryuganbuchi sightseeing spot is about 600m (one way) away from the bus parking lot. Also, the Ieyama Sakura Tunnel is about 1.5km (one way) away from Ieyama Station. As you will be walking a lot, please wear comfortable walking shoes.

This course will be conducted jointly with plans departing from Himeji, Nishi-Akashi, and Shin-Kobe. (*Only some departures)

Even if two or more people apply for train seats, they may not be seated next to each other. Additionally, for train or bus bookings with an odd number of participants, shared seating arrangements will apply.

Regarding hotels, we have few rooms for two people. Even if you apply for one room for two people, we may assign you to two rooms, one for one person, so please be aware of this. Room assignments will be determined at our discretion and will be announced on the day.

Please note that the room may not have a bathtub or shower booth. Please use the large public bath for bathing. Also, the room may not have a window.

If you are traveling with an infant, they will not be counted in the number of people for the room type. (For example, if you are traveling with "2 adults and 1 infant," please select a room for 2 people, and if you are traveling with "2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant," please select a room for 3 people.)

We cannot accept requests to change the contents of meals, except in cases where there is a risk of endangering your physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions due to medical reasons, so please prepare your own meals. If you have religious reasons, allergies, or dietary restrictions due to medical reasons, please contact us at least two weeks before departure. Please note that we cannot refund the meal fee even if you do not eat the meal. Please refrain from taking home any unused meals.

Regarding cherry blossom blooming conditions, tour departure dates are set based on the usual conditions, but the best viewing period may be delayed due to inclement weather, etc. We may also adjust the time of the tour depending on the cherry blossom blooming conditions on the day.

If a tour has been confirmed to depart, it will proceed regardless of the flowering situation.

The child (elementary school student) rate is the same as the adult rate. The travel fee for children aged 3 to 6 (preschoolers) is a flat rate of 15,000 yen.

We will inform you of the meeting time at Shin-Osaka Station or Shizuoka Station approximately 10 days before departure.

The tour itself departs from Osaka, so if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or the suspension of Shinkansen services, the tour meeting in Shizuoka will also be cancelled.
