Minors or children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Minors or children traveling alone cannot participate. North American hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen Size bed room or two Double Size twin beds. The maximum number of people that can legally stay in each room is 2 to 4, including adults and children. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel, otherwise a fine of $300 will be borne by the person. In addition, each hotel has a different way of collecting deposits, and the group guests need to cooperate according to different regulations. The check-in time of the hotel is usually after 15:00.

Guests must purchase tickets with the tour guide and are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use City Pass. Tickets and meal fees for attractions may change based on the official notice of the attraction, and the prices announced by the attraction on the day will prevail.

Each person is limited to one piece of large/small luggage, and the additional luggage fee is $35 per piece. Children under eight years old are required to take a safety seat. We provide rental services at $10.00/person/day. Please be sure to inform us in advance when booking the trip so that we can prepare in advance. If the guest does not inform us in advance, the violation and fine caused by the guest will be borne by the guest. Please understand. No safety seat is required for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee is refundable.

Many of the attractions on the tour require basic health conditions. Disabled people and those with limited mobility are kindly requested to contact us in advance before signing up for the tour. Without timely notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-lift buses or suitable seating arrangements for our guests.

To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes are left before the meeting time, the car will leave without waiting. Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war and terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee that we will arrive at the pick-up location on time. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests by delays caused by such reasons, or for any additional costs such as related flight, train or bus fares and other travel expenses.

In order to facilitate the group operation, tourists will be transferred from the original car to another car during the journey and different tour guides and drivers will be assigned to provide services.

Once discovered, there will be a cleaning fee of 300 Canadian dollars or more per night. This fee is borne by the guests themselves, and our company is not responsible.
