●On Mondays, the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum is closed. As a result, the tour will be changed to sightseeing in Chiayi city (Chiayi City Hinoki Village, Beimen Station, Alishan Forest Railway Garage Park, City God Temple).
● Alishan is 2,216 meters above sea level. It is located mainly in a high mountain area and is famous for watching the sunrise. Due to the altitude, there are large temperature changes and altitude sickness may occur, so caution is required.
●This is a private tour, so two or more people must apply. If you wish to participate alone, you will have to pay the price for two people.
Please note that if there are less than two participants, the tour may not take place.
●In principle, rooms are for two people. If three people are participating, a room may be for four people. Depending on the hotel, there may be cases where there are three or four people in one room.
Breakfast is not limited to being served in the hotel. We may arrange breakfast at a restaurant outside the hotel.
*Menus and drinks ordered separately will incur additional charges and must be paid on-site.
If you wish to leave the tour midway, please inform your guide and sign the leaving form. Please note that there will be no refunds or reductions to the tour fee if you leave the tour midway for personal reasons.

- Please note that if the tour schedule is changed or canceled due to force majeure such as natural disasters including typhoons, acts of God, war, riots, etc., or if you are unable to participate in the tour due to flight cancellations or delays, we will only be able to refund 50% of the tour price and any related damages and expenses.
・It is not possible to join the tour on the day of arrival in Taiwan due to flight delays.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
