This entertainment ticket has been approved for use by the Taipei City Taxation Office under Taipei City Jisongshan Yizi No. 1144707795 dated October 7, 2015. Application for payment of entertainment tax (including the collection agency entertainment tax) has been submitted to the Taipei City Taxation Office.
In accordance with Section 6 of the Ministry of Culture's "Items that Must and Must Not Be Included in Standardized Contracts for Cultural and Arts Performance Tickets," this event utilizes Option 2 for ticket refunds and exchanges: Customers must request a refund or exchange within three days of ticket purchase (excluding the purchase date). No refunds will be accepted from the fourth day after purchase. The refund request date is based on the receipt of the request or the postmark date. A 5% handling fee will be charged for refunds. For example, if purchased on September 15, 2025, the refund deadline is September 18, 2025 (inclusive). No refunds will be accepted after September 19, 2025 (inclusive). According to the provisions of Article 3 of the "Items that should and should not be recorded in the Standardized Contract for Cultural and Artistic Tickets" stipulated by the Ministry of Culture, if there is a natural disaster due to force majeure, or if the main performers or main program content of the cultural and artistic performance change before the scheduled performance, the refund mechanism provided by this event is as follows: (1) Those who choose not to refund: You can enter with your original ticket, but please be sure to keep your ticket as proof. (2) Those who choose to refund: The refund and refund process will be handled in accordance with the law within 10 days of the announcement. Acceptance method: After the ticket purchasing member submits an application to the ticket sales platform, the ticket price will be refunded to the ticket purchasing member's account. If the ticket purchaser does not apply before the refund date, the ticket will be deemed non-refundable.
If this event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, or the main performance program or main performing artist is changed, and the organizer refuses to refund the money, you can apply for a credit card dispute refund from the original credit card issuing bank.
One ticket per person, admission required. Please prepare your ticket (paper/electronic voucher) and verify it at the entrance. If you need to leave and re-enter the venue on the same day, you must get an exit stamp. If you do not get an exit stamp, you will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter the venue.
If it is found that the ticket has not been purchased, the ticket is not held on the same day, or the ticket is not stamped, the original ticket price will be charged.
Please keep your tickets carefully. Tickets will not be reissued if lost, damaged or illegible, and no proof of receipt will be used to request admission or reissue tickets.
