After becoming a restaurant chef, he studied hospitality and culinary studies in the UK, honing his culinary skills and high standards. Master Lu will share his experience and techniques from over 30 years of dim sum preparation in this dim sum class, allowing children to discover the joy of cooking and learn about traditional Cantonese dim sum and mooncake making.
