We offer Akaushi or Kuroge Wagyu beef by the cut. Because we use fresh, high-quality ingredients, you can enjoy a melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich flavor with just a light sear. Many customers from both inside and outside the prefecture visit us to enjoy rare cuts of meat they have rarely seen before. The restaurant is equipped with both counter and table seating, creating an atmosphere where both individuals and groups can feel comfortable visiting. Even after the earthquake, many customers from outside the prefecture have visited us. Our butcher has an outstanding eye for meat, so we only serve meat that is fresh and tasty. For this reason, we serve our meat with salt, wasabi, and a light original sauce.
Of course, beer or highballs go well with meat, but the meat at Aji Hitokire is cut thick like a steak so that it also goes well with wine. This makes the meat juicy and tender!
Since we aim to be a yakiniku restaurant where you can drink alcohol, we work hard every day to pay attention to the appearance of the presentation and to providing small portions (a restaurant that women will enjoy). Of course, we also offer a way to eat the food that goes well with white rice for those who can't drink alcohol!!
Butchers divide the meat into different names (cuts) because they want you to try cuts that are not available at other stores! In fact, the word "kalbi" is a rough term (because it means grilled meat), so by dividing it into smaller cuts and serving it, you can experience the difference in taste and meat quality, which is the best part of "Aji Hitokire."

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
