– About the Park –

A group of people, driven by passion and a commitment to service, sought to realize their dream of creating a leisure destination. After much searching, they arrived at this bay one day and exclaimed, 'What a magically beautiful bay; a hidden paradise in Eastern Taiwan!' – Kili Bay. This group decided to put down roots and develop the area, and this beautiful place became the 'back garden' of Taipei—Su'ao. Everything here is pristine: surrounded by wetlands, a pollution-free bay, and ever-changing skies. It is so beautiful that one wants to stop and stay to enjoy the experience. They wanted to cultivate the land, market the local area, and promote its culture. Combined with the perfect timing, location, and people, the 'Kili Bay Bubble Tea Cultural Center' was born! Kili Bay exists because it is magical and beautiful; this wonderful place is worth visiting to experience and feel for yourself. Here, travelers can customize their own unique bubble tea, drink with peace of mind, and learn with joy. With a variety of hands-on courses, you can explore different culinary worlds and enjoy the delicious flavors of food by making it yourself.
