Our skewers, made from chicken butchered and skewered one by one on the day of purchase and carefully grilled, are exquisite. We also offer a wide variety of chicken sashimi and other chicken dishes. We serve yakitori and chicken dishes made with extremely fresh young chickens from the lush greenery of Iwate Prefecture. As the taste of chicken depends on its freshness, we use up all the chicken we purchase on the same day and never slaughter it overnight. We also use homemade charcoal, which the owner himself cuts down trees in his hometown of Nagano and uses for the cooking. Our yakitori, grilled with expert techniques that bring out the best in the chicken, is plump and fragrant on the inside, and large and juicy! We also have a wide variety of daily specials! You can enjoy a wide variety of chicken dishes that you can only find at a chicken specialty store.
We offer fresh, juicy, thick yakitori and a wide variety of chicken dishes, along with drinks to go with each dish. You can't go wrong with a classic beer to wash down the fat of the chicken, but it's also nice to enjoy a relaxing sip of authentic shochu or sake. The owner is actually very knowledgeable about sake, and has a wide selection of carefully selected brands! He attends various tasting events and offers a wide variety of unique brands from all over the country. Please give them a try when you visit us.
Entering the restaurant from the bustle of Asakusa, you will find a modern Japanese space with a wooden motif, where you can relax and spend some adult time listening to jazz. The modern and bright restaurant has a counter, making it an easy place to stop by after sightseeing in Asakusa or a date in the old town. The table seats are also comfortable with subdued lighting, making it a great place for entertaining or group banquets. The restaurant can be reserved for up to 10 people! Please feel free to use it for banquets such as welcome parties.
