If the price on the official cruise website fluctuates during the ordering period, if the change is large, the ordering process will be stopped and a full refund will be issued.

After obtaining the Cruise Ticket, passengers should go to the cruise company's official website to conduct online check-in.

KKday will provide the official Cruise Ticket via message before the departure date. Please be sure to pay attention to the system message.

From the time the order is placed to the time the Cruise Ticket is sent, the order status will show "Processing"; the order status will not change to "Processed" until the Cruise Ticket is sent.

Passengers must provide (1) complete passport information at least 60 days before departure; (2) room allocation list. If there is any adjustment, it will be subject to the regulations of the shipping company. In addition, the passport must be valid for more than 181 days (based on the day of disembarkation).

Please be sure to bring your own entry-related documents for each port of call.

Pregnant women must present a doctor's certificate stating that they are suitable for cruise travel; babies over 24 weeks pregnant (inclusive) or under 6 months old are not allowed to board the cruise.

Passengers with disabilities must be able to take care of themselves or be accompanied on the voyage by a fellow passenger who can provide assistance. If they need any help, please take the initiative to inform them.

If you have diabetes, chronic diseases or other special diseases that require regular medication/injections, etc., please inform us in advance before signing up. If necessary, you will need to produce a certificate of airworthiness issued by a doctor.

If you need to bring a wheelchair, bicycle, etc., you must apply for an approval letter from the shipping company in advance, and provide the original copy for inspection when boarding the ship.
