- Even if the system says "In Process," your purchase is complete. A voucher with your seat number will be sent to you by email the day before the event.
- You cannot specify the seat number. If you would like consecutive numbers, please make sure to purchase the tickets at the same time. If you purchase tickets separately, we cannot accommodate requests for consecutive numbers.
[About the limousine bus from Sendai to the venue]
・If you miss the scheduled boarding time, you will not be able to board the bus and no refunds will be given.
・The return bus will be a different vehicle, so you will not be able to leave your luggage on the bus when you get off at the fireworks venue.
・Once you arrive at the venue, please follow the instructions of the fireworks festival staff.
・The return bus will depart from around 19:45 or when the parking lot is full. It will depart from the same limousine bus parking lot as the one used for arriving at the venue.
・Tour conductor: No tour conductor will accompany you, but staff will be available at the bus stop.
- Departure and arrival times may change due to traffic conditions, natural disasters, etc. on the day.
・During busy times, you may have to wait depending on the number of passengers.
・Please note that this ticket will not be reissued under any circumstances.
・You may be assigned an extra seat.

Umbrellas are prohibited as they will interfere with other visitors' viewing.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons before the start of the event at 12:00 on September 28th. If the event is cancelled due to bad weather or strong winds after the event has started, no refunds will be given.
