    • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

    • Meeting point description: Meet your guide at S/Y Stella Oceana at Tromsø harbor 10-15 minutes prior to departure time. Stella Oceana is a white, 100-foot sailing yacht with 2 wooden rigs docked in front of Fiskekompaniet restaurant.(World Sea Explorers Stella Oceana, Sjøgata, Tromsø, Norway)

    • Know in advance:To ensure a clean and luxurious experience for everyone, shoes and outdoor clothing must be removed prior to entering the interior of the yacht. Wear comfortable layers and shoes that are easy to take on and off

    • A reindeer stew with bread is served for lunch. The tour operator must be notified at least 48 hours in advance of any dietary restrictions

    • After the booking you can arrange a hot tub upgrade with the local operator whose contacts will be on your voucher

    • Remember to bring:Your own swim wear is required if you book the hot tub upgrade

    • Warm attire, including a warm hat, gloves, and outdoor clothing suitable for extremely cold and below freezing temperatures
