If a product is damaged or lost, you will be responsible for all losses based on the value of the product.

Late return/lost equipment fees
・After the rental period is over, if the WiFi equipment is not returned after a certain period of time, a late fee will be charged according to regulations until the date of return.
・If the WiFi device is not delivered to the company within 31 days after the contract end date (return date), it will be deemed lost and a penalty of 40,000 yen per item will be charged. However, in this case, if the user does not respond to our inquiry, we will charge an additional penalty of 60,000 yen/unit. (If you do not return the goods or contact us 31 days after the end of the contract (return date), a total penalty of 100,000 yen per item will be charged. The deposited penalty will not be refunded under any circumstances.)
Reminders
Since communication quality is affected by different usage environments, network speed will vary depending on factors such as terrain, climate, building shelter, number of users, location, etc. Please be informed.
We apologize for the inability to cancel or refund due to factors such as service changes of telecom operators, non-receipt coverage, network speed, natural disasters, etc.
In accordance with the International Data Communications Fair Utilization Policy, if your Internet speed slows down or you are unable to access the Internet due to long-term viewing of online TV, videos, or downloading of high-volume files, online games, etc., please be aware that you cannot apply for a refund or compensation.
If the machine is stolen, lost or damaged, the cost of the machine must be compensated. Please see the damage policy for details.
If you need to extend your return time due to extended travel period or other force majeure reasons, please be sure to contact us to apply for an extension of the rental during your stay abroad. If the return period is exceeded without applying for an extension of the lease, the return will be deemed to be delayed.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
