Purchase Notice

A 5-seater vehicle can carry a maximum of 4 people, with 2 pieces of luggage; a 7-seater vehicle can carry a maximum of 6 people, with 2 pieces of luggage; a 9-seater vehicle can carry a maximum of 8 people, with 6 pieces of luggage; and child seats. Please pay the driver/guide in cash: NT$200 per child seat per day.

Reminders

  • *In case of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day prior to departure (16:00 local time) regarding whether the tour will be cancelled, and you will be notified by email thereafter.

  • *No specific vehicle color or model will be specified; the vehicle will be dispatched based on the actual vehicle available on the day of the event.

  • *Some tourist attractions in Taiwan may implement temporary traffic control measures based on the daily visitor volume. If traffic control measures are in effect, you will need to pay for a shuttle bus.

  • *Our staff will contact you no later than one day before your departure. Please make sure your internet connection is working properly and pay attention to your mobile phone messages.

  • *An additional fee of NT$300 will be charged for departures before 8:00 AM or for trips after 10:00 PM. Please pay on-site.

  • *If the departure or return point is not in Taipei/New Taipei City, an additional NT$300 - NT$1000 will be charged depending on the route. The actual cost will be calculated based on the route booked by the passenger and the amount will be attached to the voucher. Please pay the driver on-site.

  • * Private tour overtime NT$300/30 minutes, no vehicle type restrictions.

  • *The time spent at each attraction on this itinerary can be adjusted at your discretion. The total transportation time is available in 8-hour and 10-hour options. Please note that if you exceed the allotted time, an overtime fee will be charged on-site.

  • Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited inside the vehicle: eating, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, spitting through the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver. If any items inside the vehicle are damaged or soiled, you will be required to pay for the damage at cost, and cash must be paid on the spot.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
