Information about reservation:
- Please enter your flight number, departure time, and arrival time if you want to get picked up at the airport
- Depending on the number of passengers and vehicle selection, you may need to change the vehicle type, so please check the number of people and the number of bags in advance before making a reservation
- If you request to change the pick-up time on the same day, it may be difficult to change it depending on the vehicle allocation status
- If you want a schedule other than the golf course, please proceed with a 12-hour daily rental product
Information about pick-up:
- If you choose pick-up at the airport, please wait for customer service to inform you in advance of the meeting location
- If you choose pick-up at a hotel, the pick-up will be held in the lobby on the first floor. If the pick-up is delayed, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes, or else it will be considered a no-show
- Remember to check the vehicle for your belongings when getting off. Leaving items behind as the driver moves on may result in additional costs

- After arriving at the golf course, you will receive the driver's number, and after the round, you can give the driver's phone number to the caddy
- Excluding travel time, you can wait up to 6 hours for 18 holes / up to 7 hours for 27 holes / up to 9 hours for 36 holes. After that, THB200 per hour will be added
- The waiting time is not the available time, but is the maximum time that takes into account the case of delay due to tee-off delay, etc. Do note that waiting time cannot be used for personal scheduling purposes

Purchase Notice
- This is a simple round-trip pick-up between the hotel and the golf course
- If your charter time exceeds the time limit, additional overtime fees will apply. Overtime fees will be charged directly by the driver. Please pay directly to the driver in cash
- If you would like to meet at the airport, you must leave the airport name, arrival flight number, and time at the meeting location
- Fees may vary depending on the meeting location. Due to the nature of vehicle reservations that are automatically confirmed without a separate check, after confirmation, please note that additional charges may apply as they are confirmed at the time of driver assignment
- The hotel meeting place is in the first-floor lobby, and the golf course meeting place is at the clubhouse. If there are more than two lobbies, you must notify the person in charge in advance
- If you add an itinerary that is not previously announced on the same day other than the itinerary stated at the time of reservation, an additional fee will be charged and use may be difficult depending on the driver's schedule, so please inquire through the KKday message in advance
- For other golf courses, please confirm the additional amount via message after making a reservation

- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
