- The bride will have her makeup done and dressed (if she brings her own dress) at the hotel where she is staying. (Approximately 2 hours)
- After the makeup is done, you will be transferred to the shooting location by a special vehicle. Wedding photo shooting begins! (about 1 hour)
- After the shoot, you will be taken back to your hotel.

Regarding the weather, the event will normally be held rain or shine. If possible, we will try to change the shooting location or time, but we will do our best to take pictures in a covered area or use an umbrella as a prop so that you can still get great photos even in the rain.
Photo shoots at the hotel you are staying at may not be accepted due to hotel circumstances. In that case, another shooting location will be used.
We may not be able to accommodate your request due to the circumstances of each facility, renovation work, etc.
We recommend staying in the historic center of Florence. If you are in the suburbs, additional transportation fees may apply.

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
