- After making a reservation, tea time confirmation and customer service will be provided in Korean (Korean nationality) or English (other nationalities).
- The tea time we are providing is a real-time reservation. You must reply within 10 minutes to confirm your reservation.
- Please check in 30 minutes before your tee time on the golf course day.
- You can use the facility after checking the voucher and reservation in English at the golf course check-in counter.
- Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
- If you wish to play additional rounds, please inquire at the golf course check-in counter and pay individually.
- During a 2-person round, you may be joined by another team, and solo play by 2 people cannot be guaranteed.
- This product does not include cart fees and caddy fees. Cart fees and caddy fees are mandatory and the fees below can be paid on-site at the golf course.
- Cart fee: 750 baht per person, 1 cart required
- Caddy fee: 350 baht per person, 1 cart required - Thai golf courses have caddie tips separate from the caddie fee. Caddy tips are usually at least 400 baht for 18 holes, and can be paid in cash to the caddie after the round.
- The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
- Depending on the golf course's operating policy and local circumstances, the reserved tee time may be changed or run early or late without prior notice, and no refunds or cancellations will be made due to this.

- Golf courses generally conduct rounds even in rainy weather.
- In most cases, the rain is temporarily avoided due to heavy rain and play continues. Therefore, unlike in Korea, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not possible.
