Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free；For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply；For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply；For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply；Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.；Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

Please be aware that the itinerary or arrival time at the ski resort may be delayed due to factors such as traffic jams or facility maintenance.；This itinerary does not include a tour guide. Please be informed that the notes or itinerary in Chinese/English will be provided on the day of the tour.；This itinerary requires you to disembark at Shinshu Fruit Park and then take a chartered bus to Jigokudani Monkey Park. Failure to disembark at Shinshu Fruit Park and arrange for the taxi pick-up may result in non-pickup, and it will be considered as opting out of the visit to Jigokudani Monkey Park.；During a group itinerary, early or midway departure is not permitted. If you leave the group midway, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture of the remaining itinerary, and no additional refunds will be provided. Passengers who leave the group or depart after leaving must assume responsibility for any accidents.；Passengers are kindly requested to arrive at the meeting point in advance, as the bus will depart on time. No waiting will be provided, and joining the tour midway will not be possible if you are late.；If the trip needs to be suspended due to insufficient snow in the area, the notification be given 2 days before departure.；In principle, the itinerary will proceed as long as there is more than one ski slope in operation at the ski resort. However, please note that the itinerary may be suspended based on the condition of the ski slopes.；The validity period of the cable car lift ticket redemption voucher is calculated from the start date of local accommodation and does not include the night operation of the ski resort. If you require any changes, please make a note when booking and contact the company.；Some ski resorts may charge a deposit ranging from JPY500 to JPY1,000 when you use the lift ticket. This deposit will be refunded upon completion of use.；Depending on the conditions of each ski resort, some ski trails may be unavailable, and no refunds will be given.；Please note that ski clothing and ski suits are repetitive rental products and cannot be selected. They may not be the latest products.
