This is a private charter car trip service for a one-day chartered tour. The trip takes 10 hours. If you exceed the time limit, you must pay the driver an extra fee on site.
Overtime fee will be charged: 7-10 seats 5000 yen/hour, 14 seats 8000 yen/hour, minibus 10000 yen/hour (payable on site)
In case of bad weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 18:00), and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.
The driver will wait for 30 minutes for free from the scheduled pick-up time. If the guest is late, the late time will be deducted directly from the total time of the original private charter car, and no additional time will be added. If the waiting time at the hotel/B&B and other pick-up locations exceeds 30 minutes and the guest cannot be contacted, the driver will leave the scene and charge the full amount, and no refund will be made.

The vehicle is for reference only. If the above model and color are not available, it will be replaced with a model of the same level. The vehicle is subject to on-site conditions and the actual number of passengers must be filled in (including infants and children must be included in the number of passengers).
The number of passenger seats will decrease as the number of pieces of luggage increases.
